Consistent Absolute Scrap Separation

Scrap handling is an important system to be considered for every blanking line. The system for scrap handling has become even more important with the need to keep different materials: various metals and aluminum, separated.

For this reason, AFCO has developed a scrap system that is capable of separating different materials, unlike a conventional scrap conveyor which is unable to provide consistent absolute scrap separation. While our overall system is somewhat unique, the individual concepts and components within our system have been provided by AFCO in the past with optimal proved performance.
