Flexible Remanufacturing Solutions
Remanufacture and Reinstall
We can receive a product from a customer, complete the required remanufacturing work, and reinstall it at the same customer’s facility. This approach allows the customer to continue using familiar equipment while benefiting from restored performance and reliability.
Equipment Replacement and Future Sale
When a customer replaces existing equipment with a new product, we can take the removed equipment, remanufacture it, and prepare it for future sale. This gives the original product a second service life and provides another customer with a cost-effective alternative.
Remanufacture and Relocation
Equipment does not have to remain with its original owner. A customer can purchase used equipment from another facility, and we can remanufacture it and coordinate its relocation to the new customer’s plant. By combining remanufacturing with relocation, we provide an efficient path from acquisition to installation.
From Disassembly to Reinstallation
A successful remanufacturing project requires coordinated execution. We work with qualified contractors to safely disassemble the equipment, support transportation and handling, and rebuild the project after remanufacturing is complete.
AFC personnel oversee the reinstallation process to help ensure the equipment is properly assembled, integrated, and ready for operation at the customer’s facility.
